Minnesota Medical Marijuana Law
Minnesota has legalized and implemented a medical marijuana law that allows residents with at least one qualifying medical condition to obtain medical marijuana. Patients will need to get a written certification from their doctor validating their qualifying medical condition.
Marijuana will only be sold as pills, oils or liquids, and not as smokable plant material.
