How to Get a MN Marijuana Card
Minnesota residents diagnosed with one qualifying condition or more are afforded legal protection under Minnesota’s medical marijuana law.
Qualifying Medical Conditions
– Intractable pain (a pain state in which the cause of the pain cannot be removed or otherwise treated by traditional doctors that specialize in pain medicine)
– Cancer
– Chronic pain
– Glaucoma
– HIV/AIDS
– PTSD
– Tourette’s Syndrome
– Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) or Lou Gehrig’s Disease
– Seizures, including those of which exhibit characteristics of epilepsy
– Severe and persistent muscle spasms, including those that exhibit characteristics of multiple sclerosis
– Crohn’s Disease
– any terminal illness with a life expectancy of less than one year, especially if the illness or treatment produces severe/chronic pain, nausea or severe vomiting, cachexia or severe wasting syndrome.
Other Qualifying Conditions
– Must be a resident of Minnesota
– Must have a valid form of ID to prove residency
– Must get qualifying condition(s) approved by a doctor
